Update as Promised!! Narrated by New Kitty.

Hi!!  This is the first time I've done this ..... but will share everything that TraciBean has told me.  We have missed everyone ... TraciBean gets side tracked and doesn't get here like she wants .... truth is that she gets to carried away with FaceBook, Candy Crush Saga and now that it's football season, with football and of course work and the girls. 

This will be a high photo post ....... for those of you who follow us or TraciBean on Facebook these pictures may look familiar.

So lets start with Shelly ..... 

Shelly is doing great, she likes having a new sisfurr.  Polli and Shelly pal around a lot, they play together and sleep together.  

Onto Sierra

 

Sierra and Polli have made furriends also.  They play around too, but not as much as Shelly & Polli.  Sierra has kind of become the odd kitty out ... she sleeps most of the time and pretty much spends her time where ever Polli isn't.   The Beans try to give Sierra extra attention, but she has that nasty habit of wanting to play with and bite the fingers.   So the beans make sure Sierra gets extra treats. 

Sierra does a lot of sleeping, but as you can see she is almost to big for her bed.   Sierra likes to dash out the front door and did so late Thursday night when LaurynBug came home from work and ended up spending the night outside. :(  She was so happy Friday morning when she got to come in .... the Beans wonder when she will learn her lesson and also think Sierra got to spend time with the Tortie cat from Shadow's 3rd litter (Polli's litter mate) ..... we will update you on that situation as well.

So now onto Polli!!!

Polli is something else.  She has brought the Beans so much joy.  The Beans know that MamaBug is looking down and absolutely loves Polli.  She has made furriends with Shelly and Sierra.  She spends more time with Shelly learning the ropes ... she follows Shelly around constantly.  She does the same with Sierra, but Sierra doesn't really like it.  She has so many favorite toys that keep her busy throughout my day!!

The Beans haven't had Polli to the vet yet, so we don't know how much she weighs.  We hope to get her there soon, especially with me being sick.

So a quick update on me.  TraciBug ended up putting me in the bathroom last night .. neither one of us was getting any sleep and TraciBug was scared I was going to get lost in her room, or not be able to find the litter box.  So the carrier, food, water and litter box were placed inside the tub ... this made a perfect place for me.  

 It's not a very good picture of me ..... but I got some much needed love from TraciBean, had some water and even used the litter box.  TraciBug mixed me up some replacement milk as I was licking her hand as she was scratching my head. They haven't come up with a name yet .... but we have enjoyed the names that have been suggested ... keep em coming!

Well that is all from us today .... look forward to an update on the outdoor kittens tomorrow.

Shelly, Sierra, Polli & New Kitten

Along Came Polli

Hi all!  We are all still doing good!

We have had a tough year and were in need of some joy ... so the blog is now going to be ......

Yup, we have a kitten in the house (one of Shadow's)  the beans brought her in Friday night.  She started off in one of the bathrooms but only stayed there a couple hours.  Polli was meowing and alone, so TraciBug brought her into her room for the night.  Polli kept her up until 5 am, TraciBug finally gave up and went and slept on LaurynBug's bed. 

Polli has been introduced to the Shelly and Sierra.  There is some minimal hissing and growling going on and it doesn't even phase Polli.  Polli just wants to play and be loved!   The beans are doing a good job of making sure they give Shelly and Sierra the same amount of attention as they did before Polli came inside. 

Shadow and kittens are still on the balcony and don't even seem to be phased by Polli being gone.  Shadow will be going soon to get fixed and TraciBean is trying to find someone to take the other two kittens.  

Any way, here are some pictures of Polli .... and yeah, and we named her Polli because of her polydactyl paws .. we have been trying to get some pictures but she is soooo active!!

Monday Goodies

We got a new littler box .... a covered one. 

Apparently Sammy wasn't the only one that was going potty over the litter box.  So TraciBug thought a covered litter box would be a brilliant idea!

TraciBug left it in the middle of the room for us to get used to.  No one was really interested, but I, Sierra, had to check it out!

Sunday Fun Day

We got this tent awhile ago from across the pond.  I have had so much fun with it .... as you will see by the end pictures.

Isn't it cool???!!!!

 I have had so much fun playing in it .... those pictures are just from one day.  I get in at least 4 times a day and I play hard!!  I bet you will be able to tell how hard I play in it when you see the below pictures.

 Yes, that is a huge rip in the tent ... but I don't care I still play hard in it!!

Happy Sunday to all!!!  I'm off to play in my tent!!  Oh and BTW ..  I do let Shelly play in it too.

Sierra

It's Thursday!!!

Hi!  Sorry to be gone for so long.  Things have been a little hectic around here now that the girls are out of school for the summer!  I will try and do a better job of updating the blog. 

MamaBug is doing ok.  Her pain is increasing, so they have been increasing her Morphine.  She is having a terrible time with her cell phone, sometimes she doesn't get it plugged into charge and other times she just forgets how to use it. :o(  I will be checking into getting her  a land line ... I think that will be much easier for her to use. 

My job is going well.  The original project I was hired for ended last Friday.  The ladies that were on the project won't be returning until July 9th for the next training class ... so I am thanking God that I was moved to the different project. I've gotten things caught up, thank you so much for all the donations.  As always once I get caught up something else happens ... I have a $700 bill from the facility of charges that I have to pay.  They aren't covered by Hospice or Medicaid ... but I am going to talk to hospice about these charges, I just don't see how it's fair that I'm responsible for these charges as they are mostly evaluations.  

I don't have any recent pictures of the kittys ... but will share some older ones. 

Sir Andy is doing well, he's just trying to stay one step ahead of the girls.

 Shelly isn't hanging out in her hiding space in the closet as much.  She spends time out in the living room and even sleeps with me on the bed.

Sierra is still as squirrley as ever ... she goes non stop and is still dashing out the front door, but she dashes right back in.  She has also started dashing out on the back balcony ... so far she hasn't ran into MamaCat who stops by every now and again.

Friday with Sierra

 I'm so glad to be home ..... I'm so tired.

 I was a bad kitty Wednesday night and snuck out the door when Lauryn Bug came home.  I spent part of the night outside.  TraciBug heard me meowing at the front door about 7:00ish Thursday morning.  I dashed right in when she opened the door.  

I'm trying to forget my ordeal ..... TraciBug says that I'm one lucky girl because I wasn't harmed. 

I still want to go out the front door when it opens!!  

I'm off to nap!!  Happy Friday to all!!!

Silly Sierra

It's a lazy Thursday ... today is KorinnaBug's last day of school .... I'm told that means she will be around a lot more to play with me!!

TraciBug said something about us having a "unit inspection" on Friday.  She told Shelly to be sure to hide in her favorite hidding spot the whole day (like she normally does) and told Sir Andy and me to cross our paws that they aren't looking for cats.

The Beans were scared I was stuck ... but I got out ... I was way to fast for them to get a picture. 

I'm back for another go at it ... 

I did get out on my own, I was just to fast for the Bean to get it on camera ...... 

So I wasn't playing hidding go seek or looking for a hidey hole ... I lost my ball.  With the old couch I could run right under and out the other side ... I'm not liking this couch to much. 

The Beans did finally get my ball out and Shelly and I had so much fun playing with it.
