Our sweet Tortie Shelly has graciously donated some of her special space to "the Bugs" .........
now that's the kind of tortitude to have
SASS was originally started by Mama/JudiBug with two senior Texas dudes (Sammy and Andy) and later added two young sisfurs (Shelly and Sierra). Sammy ran off to the Bridge in May of 2012 and Andy April 2013. Our dear, sweet Mama/JudiBug passed in November of 2012, after a short battle with Pancreatic Cancer. TraciBug is now attempting to keep the blog going. Polli and Boston were added to the family in the summer of 2013.

It's Shelly!!!!
I love my mama so much, and spend most of my time near her.....and I sleep with her at night. Mama very seldom leaves the house, but last Friday she left and was gone for a looooooooooonnnnnnnnng time and now this morning she left AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! I am sooooooooooo sad and miss her so much!!!!!!!!
Something about she had to go to the human vet!!!!!!!!! I hope he doesn't hurt her and that she'll soon be home again!!!!!!!!!

The Girls
Shelly here to report on my new sisfur, Sierra. She is settling in really well, and seems to get along with all of us. She may be the smallest, but she's the bravest and doesn't seem to be afraid of anything, anyone or anycat!!!
Since her second day here, her and I have been fast becoming friends......the old guys lay off to the side of the room and watch us girls play with each other....they have learned they need to lay out of the way, or when we are chasing each other, we'll run over them!!!!!!
Okay, mama, turn that flashy beast off, so we can take a nap.

Saga of a Mancat and a Tortie
The Saga of Andy and Shelly continues. Things were starting to relax between the two of them, until Shelly felt the need to show him how much she loved him!!!!
She pounced on him....in a playful manner.....and gave him a love bitey, which tore a piece out of his ear!!!!!!!
You can see how his ear has been "remodeled"
So we are back to square one and he won't tolerate her at all......our loving Andy that has always been so mellow chases Shelly off if she gets anywhere near him!!!!!!!!
Please purr that they will come to love each other.
