It's Mancat Monday and time for a good cleaning!!!!!!!!! Mama didn't get pictures of it, but we did a fair amount of cleaning each other too!!!!!!!
Our friend, Frankie Furter is masterminding a Back to School Bash for Labor Day Weekend.....September 3, 4 and 5th. We are hosting The Bug House....and other crawly bug types, but no snakes!!!!!!!! Our mama will go postal if she even sees a picture of a snake........she has good reason as she had a very unpleasant incident with a snake when she was younger.
Various aspects of this Bash will be held on several blogs....we will provide a list of them when the date grows nearer.
We have been asked about butterflies, yes......and lizzards, yes.
We are purring that there will be a lot of cat blogger participation to help us make the Bug House a success, so we will be asked to host it in future Bashes.
It's EASY....all you have to do is:
1. Send us a picture of a bug or a crawly to samandy007@satx.rr.com
2. Your blog title and your name/names
3. Your url
4. Name of the bug and a short narrative if you wish....if you don't know the name of the bug, just tell us you have no idea what its name is. We will totally understand cuz we don't know many bugs by their proper names, either!!!!!! :)
We are purring that y'all will send us your buggy/crawly pictures to help us make this a huge success.

We still got rain and cold ( Winter ), But we will see what we can do.

Well there went Mom out the door with camera looking for a bug or two to take a picture of. This should be fun.
Sammy and Andy, you are such good boys to help Mom with the cleaning even if you are just cleaning each other. Take care.
The mom is freaking out...She HATES bugs. Except ladybugs and dragonflies, butterflies and moths. LOL. But we bet the bash will be fun--certainly we like to crunch a lot of bugs!

Mom says we have THE cleanest heads and ears because we are constantly cleaning each other. And each time it ends in a smackdown!

We will have to start searching for some bugs. Do they have to be real ones? We have lots of creepie bugs and snakes around here but they are not real.
