Saturday Sighting and Mama Update

Mama Update:  Mama's Endoscopy came back looking good!!!!!!!!  During the colonoscopy, she had a large colon polyp removed and sent for biopsy, but the Dr. feels confident it won't show anything.  Everything else in the colon area looked okay. 

The Dr. says the really worrisome thing is the mass in the center of her pancreas.....she has an MRI to check it out further on Tuesday morning. 

We are strong believers of prayer at our house, so we are requesting prayers, in whatever your belief is, for our mama, as the Dr. feels this is very serious....thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!

PeeS......because mama's pain is getting more severe, the Dr. has put her on pain medication.......so if she seems dingy at times, WELL............ :)

Flashback Friday - Mid 1980's - and a Friday Smile

Mama's SandyMan and Peanut!!!

Mama lived in Germany for 4 years......1970-1974. While there, she acquired a pair of long-haired dachshunds....Sandy and Schatzi. When mama returned to the States, Sandy and Schatzi came with her.

Darling Peanut!!!!! Another homeless kitty that showed up at our mama's house and never left. He was such a friendly loving boy and gave everyone a lot of joy.....even SandyMan....:) Everyone always told her that all the homeless cats and dogs had a mark on her house so they'd know where to go!!!!!


We are so thankful mama has us now, or she'd be so very lonesome!!!!!

Cat Haters will Pay!!!!!!

Hi Friends,  Our mama is getting better and we're hoping to get back into ournormal routine soon. She has allowed us to visit off and on thispast week, but she says she wasn't up to leaving comments.  :(  We are purring as mightily as we can that she will soon be  totally well again.  We have been told when you have a mama that is as old as dirt....(and that we should be thankful she's not oldER than dirt)......that things like this happen!!!!
She ran out of things she had worked up ahead of time,so we've agreed that she can post some of the things that were on our Wordpress blog when we first started blogging.
