Breaking Meuws

Hello .... we have some stuff to report.

For starters .. I'm such a horrible pet owner ... I missed Sir Andy's birthday, but will be making a special post for his big day ... a belated post.

Andy has another owie

Not sure how he got it ... but I have a good idea!  It's the same type as he had before ... so I think Ms. Shelly Bell was trying to play and got a little carried away.  Shelly is a nipper and that is what scares Andy.

Now for the shocking news ... I got this picture in a text message today at work
With the words "looks like we have another kitten"

After work I go out and inspect behind the dryer and this is what I found
Two little kittens.
I just knew these were NOT Shadow's kittens as she really slimmed down after the last litter and we had seen her on a daily basis and she was looking really thin.  Then last week she disappeared.

Shadow did show up while I was setting this post up and they are her kittens **sigh**  I'm really hoping there are just the two.

Here are a few pictures I managed to get after Shadow returned .....
Does she look like a cat that just had kittens???

Yup they are her's

Will do our best to keep you all updated!!!

Poor Andy - I hope he heals up from his little bite wound quickly!

That Shadow! I hope you are able to catch her and get her spayed after this litter! Those are CUTE kittens, but she really has to stop making 'em. Does your area have a rescue group that gives spay vouchers for stray kitties?

Awww, kittens are so adorable. But it'x probably not what you needed right now either. Why does the mother always have to hide them so very well that one can'g get to them? Hugs.

I am so glad that my outside kitty seems to be fixed. Two years in my yard and no kits! But I am sad at the same time that she was someones pet that they abandoned or lost!

Sounds like someone needs to be spayed! :)

with a constant food source she should return and as the kittens become mobile they should follow her around and partake of the feast. Food and safety are two huge motivators for homeless cats.

Kitties are designed to not show their pregnancy. It makes them vulnerable if they do show. I've often had kitties with HUGE bellies and you wouldn't notice looking at them standing up unless you are next to them.

paws crossed they come around sooner rather then later, because the earlier you can catch them the easier it will be to get them used to humans.
