SASS was originally started by Mama/JudiBug with two senior Texas dudes (Sammy and Andy) and later added two young sisfurs (Shelly and Sierra). Sammy ran off to the Bridge in May of 2012 and Andy April 2013. Our dear, sweet Mama/JudiBug passed in November of 2012, after a short battle with Pancreatic Cancer. TraciBug is now attempting to keep the blog going. Polli and Boston were added to the family in the summer of 2013.

The mom says she knows what those "serious confrontations" are like. Annie and Nicki had them them almost every day, for almost four years!

Well, you're half way there...chasing is fun, confrontations are not. Work on that a bit!

Oh Andy, we are sorry Mom said you were a bad boy. Hopefully either you or Shelly learned a lesson about having confrontations. Usually someone gets hurt. Hopefully it won't be too much longer before all of you can sort of get along. It will happen. it has here and we have way too many cats.
We have that problem with Delilah and Bella still - after almost a year! We have to keep Bella locked up in her room when Mommy isn't here because she's so much smaller and her previous owners took her claws away. We think that Shelly is much better equipped to handle a confrontation and that it might be better to get it out of the way so you three can all be friends! We know you're not a bad boy, Andy!
Andy please try to get along with your new sisfur and you'll find you will have great fun.

Dearest Andy, Yous still not getting along with Shelly! Me still has "confrontations" with Kozmo too. those kids can really get on a cat's nerves. Bet she is just mad at your behavior but still loves you lots and lots!

Andy I feel you frustration!! It is hard to accept another kitty espeically a cute lady kitty. My sis brought her kitty here a few times...I wasn't happy either.

Andy, we can tell you from experience that it's much better to try and get along than to chase and fight. Zoey has lived here for 3 years and we still can't be together. It's not a lot of fun. So if you can try to get along with Shelly, it would be better. You don't have to be furiends with her. Just tolerate her.
Well it happens. For goodness sake Andy, don't worry your furrs off about it. It's like having a pesky little sister who bugs you and then you snap*. Glad it's over and no kitty was hurt. I'm sure mum still lovez you alla same and now that I'm so late in visiting I'm sure all is back to norman.
