Lauryn won't have any problems... I had my impacted wisdom teeth surgically removed years ago, back in the dark ages.
What a relief, I had been in pain for weeks.
And the best part, you had to eat ice cream for days and days afterwards. It was part of the recovery. I hope it still is.

Lauryn is a beautiful bean and a million dollar smile. We will be glad when the oral surgery is over.
This is mom's last Friday to work....she retires on 3/31/11.

Huge purrs to Lauryn! Our Mommy had the same thing done--she said it was pretty painful for a day and and after that she LOVED eating ice cream for a week!
Prayer already sent and she will be eating ice cream in no time. She's young and will be fine.
We'll purr for miss Lauryn! Our mom said she had this done a million years ago, and she had chipmunk cheeks afterwards! But she said it wasn't too bad, and she felt much better than she did when she still had those teefs!

Purrs to Laurynbean! I'm sure she'll weather the dental surgery just fine. It's easier when you're young. She'll be right as rain in a couple of days, even though she'll look like a chipmunk, first.

We hope Lauryn's surgery went well today! I had all four of mine removed a few years ago and it was not fun. I got a dry socket in one of them (I don't smoke, but STILL got one...ouch!), so I hope she has a very uneventful recovery and that everything goes smoothly--and that she gets some goooood pain pills!! :)

I had my wisdom teeth out this past Fall and it was awful. But I did get to eat lots and lots of ice cream and mashed potatoes, so that was nice!

LaurynBean, our Food Source says Ouch! He also says that was one of the dumbest things he ever did that did not involve alcohol, but we're not sure what he means by that.

I hope that all went well and that you aren't experiencing too much discomfort. I have had 2 teeth pulled and it only ached for couple of days. My "bonus" daughter just had all of her wisdom teeth extracted a few weeks ago and she is the BIGGEST baby in the world and didn't experience too much discomfort...I am sure you are MUCH braver than she is! Hoping all went well! ((((hugs))))

Hope the surgery went well. Brave to have all 4 done at once. My mom just had 2 done and wow...I don't think she will be going back for the other 2 anytime soon.
