It SNOWED!!!!!!!!!!

We have finally experienced snow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was a light covering, but it's snow!!!!!!!!!

This is what we saw off our balcony on
Friday morning.......

and this is what we saw out our living room window

Keep in mind that us boys had never experienced snow
in our lifetimes....we are 13 and 10....so of course,
it was a big deal to us and we had to check it out!!!!!

Those are our plants under that pink quilt.....
mama is stressing about them, cuz when this
picture was taken on Friday morning, we had
been below freezing for three days, which is
very unusual for our home in South Texas.

It was cold so we didn't stay out long,
but we left our marks in the snow!!!!!!!!!

It was the first time LaurynBean (17) had seen snow........

KorinnaBean's first snowfall also....she's 12  :)

It was also the first time LaurynBean's car experienced snow!!!!!!

**Some of these pictures were taken at  about
2 a.m. on Friday during the snowfall.***

YAY, YAY, YAY!!!!!!!!!!!

We can NEVER again say we've never experienced snow!!!!!!!!!!

Love,

Sammy and Andy

We love your pawprints in the snow! You had a very pretty snow. We are unhappy about the snow because last week it happened at rush hour and brought all traffice to a halt, making Mom very late getting home. Also, it's too deep in the backyard for walking about. You have just the perfect amount!

We're so happy for you. Mom said she's never seen a white before this year. We love your paw prints. Mom wouldn't let me out but maybe she will next time. You know, it's been snowing in such odd places, you could get it again.

It is a nice surprise and we are very happy that you had a chance to experience it. we live in Northern Virginia and we get a lot of snow. some people hate snow but our mom loves it. She puts on a lot of clothes and walks in it and rides her bike sometimes too

We are so bonkfully happy that you got snow!

We love and miss that type of snow. Be very careful if you drive, Driving in the snow is learned by instinct and being yelled at what not to do since birth.

Hi guys,

So much snow... It never snows where I live, so I've never seen it. When my mum and dad want to see snow, they go to the mountain, but they never take me with them.

I am on dial up and when you have a lot of pictures it gets all confused and this time only loaded 2 pictures and then said done!!! That is why you don't see many pictures on my blog!! I wish I could see video and all the pictures people put on there blogs, but sadly I can not!!
Snow!! Being a southern girl I don't like snow or the cold for that matter!!! I am glad you got to play in it some and that you enjoyed it!!!!! I don't think my Happy has ever experienced snow either.
Glad you all had fun!!

OH MY CATS that is a respectable snow fall you had in San Antonio. We're so gald to hear the Beans and the kitties saw and felt their first snow.
Mom said to tell you if you boys and Mama J lived in the lake house on our blog we would be only 3 blocks away from you.

Wow! That is so cool that you got some snow there! You boys sure are brave to go out in in ... it's very cold on the toesies! We wish you and Mama a great weekend. Love and purrs!

We're supposed to get a bunch more snow in a couple of days - you boys can teleport or fly your boogie mats up here! We still have the snow from last week!

It's always so exciting during a first snowfall. I wasn't around when Mom had her first snowfall where we used to live. She had her first, one and only white Christmas in 1988. In fact they had three storms in one week then. Looks like you got some pretty large snowflakes. Looks like you sure enjoyed it.

What fun!! I'm glad you all got to see some snow. We haven't seen nearly as much this year as we saw last year, but we're ok with that. I'm ready for summer!
