Update on our "Ma"

The news is very good......:) The pacemaker is in....she whizzed right through the procedure....her first words to us were "That was different," but so far she hasn't elaborated on what she meant!!!!!!!

Her renal doctor informed us that her potassium level is back within normal limits (which also brought her kidney function to an acceptable level).....they had stopped some meds yesterday and started some different ones and now have her regulated again....he said he didn't foresee anymore problems in that area, but will be watching her for a couple more days. So, it appears it will be up to her cardiac doctor as to when she can go home.....and we know there are more tests out there that they haven't gotten results from yet also, but we are praying no other problems will show up.

Tonight she was moved from the ICU into the PCU......YAY!!!!!!!! YAY!!!! After 2 days of laying absolutely flat and being told to not even raise her head off the bed, she got the head of her bed raised just a bit. What a beautiful, beautiful smile that brought to her face!!!!!!!! We are all amazed at how good she looks after all she's been through.

We would appreciate it if you would continue to purr and pray for her for a few more days, as she's not totally out of the woods yet, but it is looking so very good for her. Thank you, thank you, thank you......your support is awesome and so very much appreciated!!!!!!!!

Love,

Judi and The Boys
